2016-2017
The Spark
Ambros World Foods laid the foundation for what would become the nation’s leading F&B concept incubator — driven by a vision to professionalize and scale dining experiences across India and beyond.
2017-2018
THE STUDS TAKE PLACE
The Studs Sports Bar & Grill, India’s first premium luxury sports bar concept, was launched in Mumbai by Miten Shah & Abhilash Menon. The goal was simple: bring together ultimate food, drinks, and sports entertainment under one roof — a destination unlike any other.
2019-2022
Growth & Recognition
The Studs launched its first flagship outlet in Andheri, Mumbai, where the brand established strong operational foundations. With a proven and scalable model in place, The Studs expanded through franchising, growing its presence across India and cultivating a passionate community of sports and food enthusiasts.
2024 - 2025
Entering a New Arena
Ambros World Foods broadened its portfolio by entering the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment with KBites – A Taste of Korea — a modern Korean QSR designed to bring authentic Korean street flavours to Indian consumers in a fast, scalable, and highly efficient format.
2025 & Beyond
Scaling the Future
Backed by robust operational systems, supply chain expertise, and standardized processes, both The Studs and KBites are poised for rapid expansion across high-footfall urban centres and emerging food hubs, continuing the Ambros legacy of elevating dining experiences across India.

MITEN SHAH ( CO-FOUNDER )
Miten Shah, a Chartered Accountant by profession and a former investment banker, brings a wealth of experience to our team. He has an extensive background working with renowned global companies, including Sharp & Tannan, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Ranbaxy, and the World Bank. Miten’s financial expertise and his previous roles in these prestigious organizations contribute significantly to our company’s foundation and strategic direction.
ABHILASH MENON ( CO-FOUNDER )
Abhilash Menon, a dedicated expert in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, holds a degree in Hotel Management and showcases an impressive 18-year career in core F&B operations. With extensive international experience gained from visiting over 60 countries worldwide, Abhilash brings a wealth of global practices and F&B expertise to the table.
